The boat is completely built and painted to represent the real Challenger. All of the same features and go fast tricks I used on my boat to win the 1999 Nationals are incorporated into the construction. The boat is shipped to you rigged, all you need to do is bolt on the keel and rudder, put in the batteries ( 12 - AA size Alkaline or NiCad batteries), add water and you're sailing. A portion of the proceeds is donated to the syndicute to help fund the challenge for the Americas cup. (Add Shipping Crate and additional shipping charge if shipped outside Maryland)
